Therapists 2 Go is partnering with the State of New York to reward “Frontline” healthcare workers (OT,PT,ST, SW, SI, SCs, case managers, staffers, etc.) and other healthcare support workers those who participate in the enabling of the provision of healthcare services during these perilous times.

The Healthcare Worker Bonus provision allows for the payment of bonuses to “recruit, retain, and reward health care and mental hygiene workers” meeting specified eligibility requirements. Bonus amounts will be commensurate with the number of hours worked by eligible workers covered by the HWB Program during designated vesting periods for up to a total of $3,000 per covered worker.

Currently there are 5 “Vesting Periods” (periods of time) From 10/1/2021 – 10/1/2024 that you may be eligible for.

Eligibility and Bonuses are based on the number of hours/visits you worked/made for the company.

1. Please complete the attached Attestation Form (1 form for each “max of 2” vesting periods you are applying for). 
2. Submit the form directly to this email address info@therapists2go.com
3. You will be notified if eligible and the bonus is disbursed to you.

If you are not eligible currently or included in the worker type eligible for the program check back in a few months as the program is new and the State will be adding to the program in the coming months.
